H.E. Dr. Abdulrahmaan Al Ansaari is the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Apolonia Investment Holdings Limited (AIHL), an Abu Dhabi Global Market-based investment holding platform focused on strategic investments, platform development, and cross-border financial initiatives across the GCC, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Dr. Al Ansaari brings more than 28 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, multi-family offices, and institutional asset management. He has led the structuring and execution of complex international transactions across financial services, energy, infrastructure, real estate, healthcare, aviation, and financial technology sectors.
Under his leadership, Apolonia Capital, the Group’s Dubai-headquartered investment banking advisory subsidiary regulated by the UAE Capital Markets Authority (CMA), provides advisory, capital formation, and institutional investment solutions to sovereign entities, corporates, and family offices operating across global private markets.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Al Ansaari has overseen approximately USD 10 billion in assets under management on behalf of UAE royal family offices and has advised on more than USD 20 billion in global mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
